Corn starch bags are made by mixing corn starch with water to create a slurry. This slurry is then extruded through a die to create long, thin fibres. These fibres are then formed into a sheet and cut into the desired shape for the bag. The bags are then dried to remove any remaining moisture. Additional ingredients such as resins or other bioplastics may also be added to improve the strength and durability of the bags.
